Designed by OMA, the building rises 56 stories above the heart of San Francisco’s new downtown. The Avery consists of luxury condominiums, apartments, and Avery Lane, a focal point of activity for the neighborhood. The strategy of “Seize the Bay” focuses on creating a full lifestyle experience, rather than just a place to live. It gives a unique position in contrast to other luxury high-rises focusing on amenities.
I was the lead designer creating the brand identity, collateral print production, and showroom experience.
